R0ma1n built the Emoti app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by R0ma1n at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Your Notes
Emoti lets you identify an emotion and write a note about it. This note, the emotion, and the date and time are stored exclusively on your device, in a local database. This content is never transmitted to me, to any server, or to any third party. Uninstalling the app, switching devices, or losing your device permanently erases this data — there is currently no backup or sync.
You can delete all of this data yourself at any time from the app’s Settings screen (“Delete all my data”).
Advertising
Emoti displays a small advertising banner, provided by Google AdMob, on the History screen only. No other screen shows ads.
Depending on your consent choice, Google may use an advertising identifier to show either personalized or non-personalized ads:
- In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent form (Google’s User Messaging Platform) is shown before any ad request, in line with GDPR.
- On iOS, the app requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking-related identifier is used.
You can review or withdraw your advertising consent at any time from the app’s Settings screen (“Privacy options”).

Log Data
I do not currently collect log data, crash reports, or usage analytics from this app.
Cookies
The app itself does not use cookies. The Google AdMob SDK described above may use device identifiers to serve and measure ads, as described in Google’s privacy policy linked above.
Security
I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
